Is it possible to exchange/return a purchased item?
Top Sport abides by the consumer protection legislation.
If you want a different model or size because you’ve realised that you don’t really like what you bought or that the size doesn’t fit, you have to bring the purchased item back to us with all original tags/labels and packaging as well as the original receipt. You can exchange the unworn and undamaged item for another item of the same price or choose a more expensive item, in which case we’ll charge you the difference in price.
It’s also possible to make an exchange if you want to return an item. You’ll have to fill out our complaints form you can get from an employee at our store. You’ll write what happened and we’ll then decide if the item was in fact faulty or you simply didn’t take care of it. Complaints can be made only if you bring us the original receipt.
